# Booga Beras Berachain Validator ## Booga Beras $BGT Flywheel On mainnet, we will operate our own Berachain validator, as both a source of rewards for our holders and for strategic allocation of incentives. By harnessing the support of our community and running a validator, we can use holder's BGT delegations to creative an incentive system for the BB ecosystem. A validator's role in Berachain is not only to produce blocks and ensure security of the chain, but also to play a role in the allocation of incentives on the chain overall. By having our own validator, our team will leverage POL to play with incentive allocations in strategic ways that will help promote the growth of the Booga Beras collection. We can target incentives at LPs for Booga Beras liquid staked tokens or any other future BB product and at LPs with our partner's tokens or any spot that we believe serves Berachain as an ecosystem best.
